SEYMOUR Gold Show (1st, $5.60 MAXI DIV) Showed On debut that she was more than comfortable on the Heavy ground so today really did suit her. She was given a cracking ride just in behind the leaders, hooked off there heels rounding the turn and once she hit top gear she burst away for a very soft win. She will win her fair share of races, especially on the wet tracks. Rich Heritage - Sat in behind the speed and whacked away okay in the straight but could not reel in the front runners. Fionn Mccool (1st, $3.50 TOP FLUC) Was able to work across from the wide gate and sit outise the leader before they left the straight the first time and he travelled well there throughout, they took off a long way out and he looked a sitting shot 200m as he got passed but he kicked back very strongly to win by a head. In good form at the moment and he is worth serious consideration in these lower grade staying races. Chouxshine (1st, $2.30 TOP FLUC) The best bet of the day again gets the job done in good fashion. He jumped well today so froggy let hime slide to the front and he got it easy up there, had them off the bit chasing before the turn where he slipped 3L clear, he was out on his feet the last 100m but Newitt lifted him over the line. He is in good form, probably should have won 2 in a row now. Stick with him in this sort of grade. Sleep N Pete - Did not run on as we expected, may have just been a bit wet for him.
