SFI (Swedish speaking finns) competition today. Weighed in at 149,9kg. I was not at all sure about myself coming into to this meet. Flu broke out yesterday and my right shoulder and left elbow has been sore for a few weeks. In the RAW ompetition I felt almost no pain and did an easy and 100% strict 271 kilo. This is an official finnish record and unofficial WORLD RECORD in the drugtested IPF. Matt Baller USA has the official with 260,5 kilo. With the shirt my my elbow hurted so much and I did not have the willpower to be that 150% crazy that an good shirt competition requires. So I only did a negative lift with 365 kilo.
