Probably a good level to cater to the mass since some like it very soft while some like it to be harder to have the bite. I wish that the sauce could be better absorbed into the meat. If you are comparing it to the one in Pratunam, it probably won’t match your expectations but good enough if you want to fix your cravings without having to fly to Bangkok. I rate it 3.5/5.
