SHAME ON MS. GINA MCCARTHY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) - TopicsExpress

SHAME ON MS. GINA MCCARTHY: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) boss Ms. Gina McCarthy visited our Great State of Alaska from Washington DC at our invitation, but left her manners at home. Too bad she didn’t stay at home also. During her visit, a little native girl gave her the gift of a little jar of moose meat during a hearing. According to the Wall Street Journal, McCarthy said the gift of food “could gag a maggot.” But wait – there’s more! The Mayor of North Pole, Alaska, gave her a North Pole honorary lapel pin. It’s reported McCarthy called it “dinky” and said, “I threw the f–ing thing away.” When youre given a gift, say “Thank You” and keep your mouth shut if you dont like it. Thats what my mother taught me about good manners. So today, our Alaska House of Representatives passed unanimously a “Sense of the House” resolution as a “gift” to Ms. McCarthy and as a message to her boss - and I co-sponsored it. Our Sense of the House reads as follows, “It is the Sense of the House that Alaska possesses a unique way of life to be celebrated and honored, especially by those high level officials who weld tremendous influence over decisions affecting Alaska. That we condemn the language used by EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy after her recent visit to Alaska and express serious concern that her comments indicate a negative bias against Alaskans and lack of sensitivity to our way of life that will gravely distort EPA Environmental and development decisions in Alaska and we hope that her comments and actions do not reflect the attitude and actions of all federal agency heads.” In my opinion, Ms. McCarthy needs to be fired.
