I copied her and added on more moves for a full body workout! â–¶ï¸Frog hops - 5x â–¶ï¸Crab Crawls - 5x â–¶ï¸Uneven Squats - 5x â–¶ï¸Tricep dips - 5x/20reps each â–¶ï¸Double step lunges - 5x â–¶ï¸Tricep/chest pushups - 5x/20 reps each â–¶ï¸Squat side leg lifts - 5x/20 reps each Check out the end of the video for how this idea came about.
