(I THINK THE TICKETS START FROM $50 PER PERSON.. more details will follow! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Good afternoon, I hope you are doing well as we are also here in Fountain Valley... This is just a short note to say that I am quite pleased that through our long time friendship with our fellow Rotarians and many parts of the world, especially here in OC Rotary District where I live and was a part for over 10 years, our friends are responding very generously and with great compassion... Villa Park RC has approved and deposited $500 to our GK eRotary Club account today.. and RC of Buena Park and Cerritos are also coming up with their own clubs donation towards the millions of victims in this SuperTyphoon (the strongest typhoon in recorded history)...Tomorrow, I hope to attend also my old Rotary Club of Newport Irvine to say something what is happening in my homeland (Phil) where I was born.. A few Rotarian friends like PP Sug Kitahara in Cerritos asked me if there was an official way/manner that Clubs/Rotarians in D 5320 are supposed to donate or contribute.. Of course, I told him, I dont know as our GK eRotary Club does not belong formally to this great District, but in one District in the Phil D 3780 (where I go at least once a year now in my retirement)... So dear DG Rae, I thought send this message to you so you may be able to guide or steer how those generous Clubs or Rotarians may help...On behalf of our eClub and the Phil beneficiaries, I do appreciate and forever grateful what D 5320 can do to alleviate the pains and suffering of our people..
