SHC Chief Justice orders removal of Session Judge Mitti Sikandar Lashari March 04, 2014, 10:16 pm INP 0 SHC Chief Justice orders removal of Session Judge Mitti Sikandar Lashari KARACHI- Sindh High Court (SHC) Chief Justice today ordered the removal of Session Judge Mitti Sikandar Lashari on suspicion of his involvement in killing of Aqib Shahani, son of Session Judge Jacobabad Khalid Shahani. The SHC Chief Justice also directed the police to interrogate Sikandar Lashari in the murder. Aqib Shahani, son of Session Judge Jacobabad was shot dead in a target killing in Hyderabad few days ago. Heirs of Aqib Shahani in a statement recorded with the police had stated that the deceased lived with the daughter of Session Judge Mitti Sikandar Lashari and doubted Lashari’s involvement in the killing.
