SHE BLAMED POVERTY TO HAVE RUINED HER FROM HAVING HER DREAM MARRIAGE Episode 3 By : Charles Chanda She first opened a Facebook account and nothing came right! She was put through on how to activate an account and she did so.She used her natural look profile pic as she did not like using make up. She observed that not many strangers were inviting her as friend and this made her worried as she was looking for new friends. There was something she begun to notice when checking the profile pictures of her friends. They appeared like those celebrates seen on TV and magazines. She consulted the friend over the the facial fine look and the friend offered to take her to a place where they were doing it for a fee. This time the friend paid for her and she looked like those who appear on TV. She took an number of pictures and chose the one she thought was the best. She changed her profile picture and as soon as she had done so, invitations for friendship begun to pop up. Comments were poring in and some even went on to openly declare that “you are beautiful babe, I want you ” That night was all smiles and the hours she spent during that night increased. In the mean time assignments were waiting. In this generation, many people want to change their identity, just to be accepted and appreciated. The problem of changing our identities started a long time ago. Consider the passages below!
