Life was good so to say. Life was strange to her to her too. One day the man in her life was short dead. In Chicago that is not very common but not out of the ordinary either. She cried all her ear. She was devastated. She cried most nights but made a decision. I will wait for God to bring me a man. I will also be closer to God For twenty years she was waiting. No man interested her but worse no man was interested in her. She never thought it will come to her. She believed a man will pursue her but no man ever did. Her father was from the country of Ghana. Her she was in America asking God a million questions. One day she got a phone call from Ghana. Your dad is dead. She went for the funeral. She honored her dad by planning to stay in Ghana for three weeks. That was a lot of time for an American to stay in Ghana. Sometimes your dads place is not your place. This is a woman whose man was short. She was broken. The only man she loved was her dad even though he stayed in another continent. She decided to honor her dad anyway. In her stay in Ghana there was much more to do than she planned for. He dads friend was there to help this American woman to understand Ghana. Dad had left instructions of what to do. She was to take over her dads business. It was a large busines. She inherited over 600 employees and two large homes. Where does she start? She had never run a business of that magnitude. In life things happen and you are not prepared. This dads friend was a widower. His wife had died from breast cancer. He is a wealthy man himself. They have a lot to discuss and learn to do her dads business. It was raining one evening from the Ghanaian skies. The three weeks are over. The eyes kept piercing into each other. He broke the silence and proposed a love thing between them. God what is this? She asked God. God was brief. This is your Boaz. You are the Ruth. Your man has found you. God went silent after this. Yes she is married now to this man. She is 54 now. Was it too late? God has your Boaz and your Boaz will find you. It is never too late or too long await.
