SHEBAS COOKIES 4 c. Flour 1 c. Oats 2 T. Ground flaxseed 2 T. Baking powder 4 T. Beef heart or liver powder 1/2 C. Chopped parsley 3 tsp. bovril in 1 1/2 c. Hot water 2 eggs Mix the crap out of it, roll it out, cut into cool shapes and bake at 350* for 30 mins. I made our really crunchy by further dehydrating at 260* for 45 mins. To make the liver/heart stuff I brined it in salt for a few days in the fridge and then dehydrated it for a long time, then through it in The blender.
