SHILDON Highlea Homes Limited Part Time Administration Assistant 16 hours Part time Administration Assistant required for 16hours per week to assist in the day to day running of the office. The successful applicant must have good communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and a good understanding of computers and Microsoft office. Duties will include; Reception Duties: -Answering the phone -Taking a full message if cannot transfer the call -Emailing message to colleague Meeting & greeting visitors: -Ask them to sign in -Advise colleague they are here -Offer them a tea or coffee -Show them to a meeting room if booked, ask them to take a seat or show them to the office of the person they have come to see Post: -Opening -Logging -Scanning -Distributing -Preparing outgoing post General Office Duties: -Making sure the Reception, Board Room & all other meeting rooms are always kept clean and tidy -Any copying/ scanning that may be required -Admin support for other departments -Archiving -Making tea and coffee for other staff and keeping kitchen area clean, tide and fully stocked -Maintaining diary and calendar We are an Equal Opportunities Employer and Investor in People Application methods Phone: 01388 772115
