SHILOH 2014 Theme: HEAVEN ON EARTH December 9-13, 2014 Day 1 OPENING SESSION HERALDING THE ERA OF HEAVEN ON EARTH Bishop David Olaniyi Oyedepo Shiloh presents us two platforms of encounter. #1. Encounter with God on the prayer altar. 1 Samuel 1:9-20. Let us expect an encounter in our prayer time This is the first time Shiloh prayer hour has been introduced in 16 years On March 24, 1984, I had an encounter in Kaduna-I asked God Why is this Church not growing?....... Encounters are real in prayers On June 24, 1984, God told me -Arise, get down to Samaria... People just pray to be heard, few pray to encounter God. On 6th September 1983, God told me My son, you have two eyes, can one look up while the other looks down? I tried it and I said No. Then God said, never pretend to be looking unto me when you are looking unto man....For they looked unto him and were lightened and their faces were not ashamed. This ministry has never had an alternative to God for supplies. I call it The Law of Absolute Dependency. Encounters are real-Desire to encounter God at Shiloh 2014. All giants of scriptures are born out of encounters. #2. Encounter with God by His Word. 1 Samuel 3:21 Every great story you ever hear in the Kingdom is as a result of-God said to me or God told me. Expect your word to come in every session at Shiloh. Expect to encounter God as you study the word yourself. I met with God or God met with me or both of them through the book Purpose of Pentecost by T.L Osborn in 1976. i finished the book in one sitting, no going to toilet or speaking to anyone in July 1976. I had another encounter on September 12, 1976 from Matthew 6:33 Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things (that others are dying to get) shall be added unto you. SEEK YE FIRST MY KINGDOM Psalm 105:19 Until the time that his Word came.... We must press to encounter God either on the prayer altar or by the Word. You cant experience the reality of Heaven on Earth without a press. Matthew 11:12 ...........The Kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent taketh it by force There are two kinds of Heaven recognized in scriptures. #1. The Present Day or Temporal Heaven. Luke 11:20 But if I with the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt, THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS COME UPON YOU Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here or, lo there! for behold, THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS WITHIN YOU Daniel 4:25 Heaven dominates the Kingdom of men. Say to yourself I am leaving Shiloh 2014 as a chartered dominion saint Pray to manifest Heaven on Earth because Heaven on Earth is real. Revelations 12:12 There are heaven dwellers here, may you be listed among them in the name of Jesus. Timing is very vital to every move of God on earth. Ecclesiastes 3:11 He hath made Everything beautiful in his time..... Habbakuk 2:1-3, Numbers 9;15-23, Luke 19:41-44. What time are we now in the body of Christ? We are in the END TIME. Every prophetic word concerning the end time is being fulfilled at a speed unimaginable. The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia said in 3 months, ISIS will get to Europe and in 6 months, ISIS will get to the USA. Matthew 24:10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another and hate one another It is a season of trials for the world but of triumph for the Church. A season of breakdowns for the world but unimaginable breakthroughs for the Church. The Church is triumphing and prospering, the Church is going forward. Exodus 10:21-23 There was light in Goshen where Gods people were..... The End-Time is a mixed season, may you be on the positive side of it. We are in the greatest hour of opportunity for the Church. What is unique about the End Time? The End Time is the era of power. Not theatrical power but power with proofs. Dominion is impossible without empowerment. Psalm 45 You cant be enthroned without being empowered. it is not the finesse of your principles that enthrones you but power. Ezekiel 47:1-10. Empowerment is in levels. unfortunately, we are victims of the Laodicean syndrome, we have scarcely touched the water but we feel we have got enough. Jesus was operating in the realm of a river that cannot be passed over. Power is in levels. The Kingdom of God speaks not just in words but in power. 1 Corinthians 4:20 For the Kingdom of God is not just in Word, but in Power We must get to the immeasurable realm of empowerment. If Jesus was given the Spirit without measure, we need the Spirit without measure to do the works he did and greater. John 3:34 ....for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him. The Apostles were filled with the Holy Spirit and received power. Acts 2:4, Acts 1:8 They were filled with the Holy Spirit again and moved from power to Great Power. Acts 4:31-33 There is the level of the Mighty Power of God Luke 4:14, Luke 9:43 We may preach the same message but we have different results because of the power content. On this mountain, we will experience change of levels. Zechariah 10:1 You cant wish empowerment *You have to ask in prayers *You have to seek with fasting *You have to engage importunity in knocking until it opens Heaven on Earth will never be a reality without power Jesus could not manifest Heaven until he was empowered Your struggle must end here at Shiloh! There are powers and there are powers. Acts 1:8-Power of the Holy Ghost Rev 12:11, Exodus 12, Zechariah 9:11-12-Power of the Blood Romans 1:16, Luke 5:17-The Power of God Hebrews 6:5-The Powers of the World to come Power differs from power. We are in the days of men like angels. Matthew 20:23 Heaven makes men like Angels Revelations 2 and 3 The folks referred to are actually men Men will be operating on angelic frequencies Do Angels get sick? Do Angels die? Are Angels oppressed? They are the deliverers of the oppressed. We are talking of the powers of the world to come that turns men into angels. Psalm 103:20 As God tarries, those aged over 120 years in this church will number over 40. Angels are supernaturally intelligent. 2 Samuel 14:20 ....and my lord (David) is wise, according to the wisdom of an angel of God, to know all things that are in the earth We are in the era of dominion Psalm 110:1-3 The Church will be ruling practically in the midst of her enemies Exodus 8:11 God came down through Moses in Egypt we are going back after Shiloh, carrying Heaven down to our various environments Exodus 3:7-10 Heaven came down, Egypt was subdued, Pharoahs pride was broken Africa shall be subdued in the name of Jesus, i decree that Heaven comes down through you Obadiah 1:21 And SAVIOURS shall come up on Mount Zion to judge the Mount of Esau, and the Kingdom shall be the LORDs When Jesus the SAVIOUR came down, he took the world by storm John 3:31, John 8:23 A FEW MANIFESTATIONS OF THE POWER OF THE WORLD TO COME #1. 3 million people crossed the red Sea by land. Exodus 14:16-22 #2. How do you explain how 3 million people were fed 2 meals a day for 40 years (in the wilderness)? Heaven on Earth #3. How were 3 million people taken care of such that there was NOT ONE feeble among their tribe? These are traces and manifestations of the power to come. 3 million people, no water shortage? What does that mean? Heaven on Earth. In Acts, Philip disappeared to Azotus and disappeared again. Welcome to the realm of the powers of the world to come. In Conclusion..... #1.We cannot wish our way into power, we can only thirst our way into it. Isaiah 41:17-18 I have stayed on this level long enough-Change my level Jesus. You need a thirst for a change of level. #2. You cant wish your way to power, you can only purge your way into it. Luke 5:38,Proverbs 1:23, Psalm 45:7 #3. You never find any story of empowerment that does not carry prayers. Psalm 63:1-2 #1. A thirst #2. A purging #3. Standing strong in prayers There is NO Short Cut to empowerment. Living the unlimited life at the present time. We are not in the end times anymore, we are in the end of the latter times of the end times. Revelations 21:1-4. Pray-lord, bring down my heaven. You must desperately seek for an encounter with the power of the world to come. what you do with yourself as individuals will determine your outcome at Shiloh. your private hours must be as intensive as the service periods.
