SHORT TERM UPDATE (3:50PM): Isolated thunderstorms are occurring in parts of south central and southeastern NH. A couple of these storms have been strong to briefly severe. Meanwhile a sea breeze has pushed westward across Metro Boston, kicking the feet out from under the heat a little bit. This sea breeze will weaken and die out toward evening and areas that cooled into the 80s may head back toward 90. Any showers/storms that make it into northeastern MA may drop brief downpours but should weaken rather quickly. Most areas will remain dry. A warm, stuffy night is ahead, and a very hot but windy Friday. Details coming on a blog update to be posted by 5PM at woodshill.net
