SHOULDERS Here are a couple of BASICS for shoulders that I LOVE. Hitting LATERAL head of delts, and rear delts Exercise #1: Lateral raise machine Accelerate leading with elbows on the way up (through contraction), and control the way back down. Leave TRAPS out of the equation. Shoulders back and down away from neck Exercise #2: Rear delt (on pec/dec machine).
