SHOW HIGHLIGHTS, comments and results will be posted over the next 2 days. 2 things I HAVE TO address are 2 of the most shocking moments in PWE history!! First, I asked for the first one although I could not see it coming to where it ended. HORNET HAS QUIT POWERSLAM WRESTLING EXTREME!!!!!!!!!!!! I had just posted last week the respect I have for Hornet, and that we have taken offence to his demands and lone wolf actions the past several months. I am not going to get into that at this time, but when Carter Mason was able to squeeze out a victory over Hornet last night for #1 Contenders spot in PWE, Hornet grabbed the mic, cut a promo on the crowd....pointed square in my face and QUIT the promotion publicly!!!! The second thing added even more shock to the crowd than Hornet quitting, and that was Notorious T.I.D.s return to PWE after a 3 month hiatus with new music, and as Custom Markus Ryans tag partner in the main event of the evening! When the new, unknown music hit, there was a brief moment of quiet confusion. Then. through the curtain came the 64, 290 pound Notorious T.I.D. to a thunderous roar that you could swear was being made by 500 people!!! After defeating Jeff Black and Rhys Greenaway in a tag team match, Tid got on the mic and had the Barrie crowd in his hand as he spoke of the changes that have taken place in his attitude, and that EVERYTHING he will do in PWE from this point onward will be for THE FANS!!!
