SHOW WEEEK IMPORTANT FOOD AND DRINK INFORMATION - Make sure your children are prepared for the week ahead, they need to have enough food and drink to last them all day, healthy food such as sandwiches, rice and pasta dishes full of carbohyrdates to give them energy. Sugary drinks and sweets should be avoided and kept to a minimum this week, as we dont want children crashing from sugar rushes. You would be surpirsed how many students we have arrive without food each year!
