SHOWER ISSUE! (Advice welcome) Im after a bit of advice on an electric shower issue in one of my 4 beds in Coventry please: To cut a long story short... its been playing up since day 1, going from hot to cold during the mornings and evenings but not throughout the day. I called out the water company (Severn Trent) and they said the pressure is fine. I said its not fine because other houses in the block also have the same issue during the day (I have 4 on the same street), the water company said that the water flow/pressure meets the minimum requirements and so they would not be assisting with the issue. The tenants are causing me no end of hassle over this, I never give the tenants my phone number, they have my Tenant Managers number but they got mine through other means to moan at me day and night! This leaves me with 2 options that I can see since I have already done everything I can think of even replacing the shower to ensure that it was not the element that was old and faulty. It wasnt, the situation remained the same. My 2 options are: 1. Replace the regular boiler with a combination boiler, then purchase a new shower and connect it to the combi. 2. Replace the electric shower with a regular shower and plumb the shower to the hot water cylinder. Have I missed any other obvious solutions here before I shell out some $$$ ??
