SHUBH AARAMB Today was the D-DAY ; But before that a flashback of how it started It started with meenakshi maami discussing with Kalyani chithi , which LAKSHMI MAAMI did not understand; But Lakshmi maami kept on nodding her head till it reached a point that the whole converstation had gone beyond “Greek”; when she asked them what it was , the other two ,realizing that lakshmi maami did not know this “thing” started taunting her on her ignorance; That day LAKSHMI MAAMI vowed that she would show those two what she could achieve; She went to the chamundeshwari temple to met “RAASA” her best friend, philosopher, guide, gossiper and her local yellow pages; Raasa had a solution to all problems in life; After listening to the peculiar problem, RAASA consoled her and told her most women of her age faced this “problem”; Raasa consulted the young priest of the temple and the following things were decided 1) SHAANTHA MAMI take an oath that she would show those two oldies ; 2) The young priest volunteered to teach lakshmi mami ; 3) It was decided that since “karkidaka (aadi) maasam” [ Malayalam month] was inauspicious to start any new “venture; Mani shastry , the astrologer would be consulted; Mani shastry, suggested that “chingam onnu” was an auspicious day to start; BACK TO D-DAY LAKSHMI MAAMI had an early bath; there was a special pooja in her name for success; 10 coconuts for Vinayakar [ with a promise of 10 more if all went well] The priest brought his laptop and lakshmi maami typed “ WWW.FACEBOOK.COM” ; On this first day of Malayalam month of “chingam “ , in the presence of goddess chamundeshwari, vinayakar, navagrahas, Raasa (a demi god for lakshmi maami) and the temple priest , and the many other present (who were surprised to see “prashad” in the form of chocolates:- LAKSHMI MAAMI OPENED HER FACEBOOK ACCOUNT.
