As a palliative measure to cushion the effect of massive unemployment in the state. SIA administration under re-building mission has given automatic permanent employment letters to 430 primary school teachers to boost the needful workforce resources in Ogun State Primary Schools for effective learning. However, the lucky teachers were those whose contract was not renewed by the federal government after the expiration of their two-year appointment under the Federal Teachers Scheme (FTS) in 2013. The teachers were absorbed because of the commitment of Governor Ibikunle Amosun to uplift the standard of education in the state. More employments opportunities under way.
