Each Bout Will Be Judged By a Licensed Barber With At Least 15 Years Experience - Sanitation - Technique /execution of cut - Detail There will be 2 additional non league sanctioned bouts as well: Bare Bones – Barbers compete against eachother with only 1 clipper & 1 Trimmer (Guards are ok to use).
