CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY. 1. Minimum Educational Qualification a). T hree Years Diploma in Photog raphy & Cinematography from any A ll India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) Recognized Institute/University, b). S hould have experience of at least 02 (two) years in a reputed studio or institute. c). Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applicat ion from a reputed institute. 2. Other requisites : (1) Candidate must be in possession of either Sikkim Subject Certificate or Identification Certificate issued by the competent authority under relevant orders of the State Government. (2) Should have valid Local Employment Card. ( 3) Should be conversant with the custom s and usages of Sikkim. 3. Duties of the post : As prescribed by the Controlling Authority. 4. Age : Should have attained the age of 18 years , but should not have exceeded 30 years as on 01.05.2014 . The maximum age limit shall be relaxed upto 5 years in respect of candidates belonging to B.L., S.T., S.C. & 4 yrs. for MBC candidates and 03 yrs. for OBC candidates. 5. Reservation : Sl. The amount so deposited shall not be refunded or adjusted against any other purpose.
