SILENCE IS GOLDEN Do you ever wish for the silence of a big open field in the middle of nowhere, a place where there are no cars, no mobiles or technology, no children screaming and no one demanding something from you - oh for the silence ! Silence or peace and quiet is not something that we have to reserve to outer Mongolia or a sacred outing, peace is something we can tune into anytime we want to and the only person we need to ask permission from is ourselves. Finding our own silence will more often than not give us all the answers that are alluding us from what to cook for supper to the next door that will open on our life journeys so never look for that opportunity for silence, grab it by the horns allow yourself that few moments away from things and go walk that hill or have that run or even turn everything off and sit in the sunshine in a room in the house and let that silence re-energise your batteries and give you that little something that is missing from your life, it wont take long and you will be amazed by the results
