SIMPLE CARBS...These are those which convert quickly and load the bloodstream up with sugar. They come from sugar sources as well as elements that are rapidly made into sugar sources, such as refined flour (white bread products). A small amount of this type of carbohydrate can be helpful in getting your body going in the morning and could consist of a small glass of juice. They also come in handy right after a hard workout, when you want to increase glycogen in the muscles. Outside of these two frames, simple carbs should be eaten very sparingly. The excess sugars contribute to increases in body fat, diabetes, and heart disease, along with reduced functions in immunity and increases in general fatigue!!
