SIMPLE CORE DRILLER... this is going to make 4 foot long cores or as long as I can make them up to that depth. The teeth arent done yet however they are close. I will bend some of the teeth outward A little more than a 16th of an inch So Ill have a clearance of about an eighth of an inch all together On the outside of the pipe. The ground is hard but not many big rocks, so I dont expect too much trouble. Im going to place a two inch long wood plug inside the pipe Before I start drilling so I have a plunger sort of thing to push the core out with from the top. I will coat the inside of the pipe with a type of slippery slurry that will hopefully make it easier for the core to slip out. I use the chop saw to make my teeth so theyre not very good hahaha. See how it works tomorrow. .
