SIMPLE EMPLOYEE ASSESSMENT I had a 3 hour meeting yesterday with our director and her assistant. They pay me to advise them on curriculum, teachers and dealing with parents. Im not attached to whether they take my advice. I didnt offer it to begin with. However, usually they do and usually they find it beneficial. Yesterdays discussion was regarding teachers. Who do we want back and who will we let go? It all boiled down to one thing. Simple equation. Good Attitude - you stay with a raise and a bonus Bad Attitude - you go (no raise; no bonus :) :) ) The rest of the meeting was full of planning and ideas.
