SIMPLE FITNESS TEST FOR FIRST WEEK OF TRAINING .. EVERYONE.. 1. Grab a mate and an iPhone (or equivalent) 2. ask them to video you on phone 3. Starting at the base line Sprint to 25 and return. Only need to touch line with foot. 4. Do 6 times or 22.5 X 12 = 270 metes (300 yards) out and back continuous i.e. not stopping. 5. Rest 3 Minutes and repeat 6. Upload second 300 yards to this page on Facebook. 7. Post the average of both tests... 8. Expected level of fitness should be under 60 seconds per 270M. This is instead of doing a beep test..Can we have them posted here by next Friday ! Google 300 yard test for your interest....
