THANKSGIVING RECIPE; KID FRIENDLY STACKS The blogger states: When I’m making a bunch, I found them easiest to make in a muffin tin. I’ve layering them a bunch of different ways but my favorite is this order: turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and then mashed potatoes to help hold the stuffing in place. I filled a ziplock full of mashed potatoes and then cut a small hole in the corner to squeeze out of. You can pop them in the oven at this point to brown the potatoes just a bit. And finish with your choice of green beens or cranberries to garnish the top. They are the perfect portion control so the kiddos don’t fill up on only mashed potatoes.
