Duties will include managing project teams to create land development plans for the commercial, institutional and energy clients. From a hospital parking lot to an entire lifestyle shopping center you will take part in managing projects reviewing work products , quality control, client interfacing, budgeting and mentoring supervising junior engineers. In mansging junior engineers you will review the design aspects which will invlude site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices and utilities. Interacting with clients, contractors, local government officials you will impact the whole project from conceptual and design phases through the regulatory review process, bidding and constructional all the way to the grand opening. Qualifications: Must have a book of business; 10 to 15 years exp working in land development sector ; BS/MS in Civil Engineering , professional engineer license established local connections with developers, architects. Energy clients or other lNd developments arenas; ability to speak and write professionally. Preferred exp in AUTOCAD/civil 3D , excel, word, HEC-RAS snd other computer modeling software a plus, national client connections
