SITREP DAY 24 Fairly good night. Good day Big news, Sean got his trach tube out. He is still eating through a tube in his stomach but everything else is disconnected. Had a swallow test today not quite ready for solids. They took the staples out of his head. I forgot to mention that they took the stitches out of his backside yesterday. Pt today and a bunch of x rays all routine. Bigger news, They tried to get him transferred to rehab institute of Chicago tomorrow but it was to late to get the insurance authorizations done. Right now it looks like the ambulance might be the hard part. Either way he should go Monday 2 Corinthians 12:9 NASB And He has said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness. Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me.
