SITREP #DPR From Helga Green Aleksandr Zakharchenko, Head of the #DPR: - Right now counter-offensive fighting is going on. We are fighting with Ukrainian forces practically along the entire front-line beginning near Mariupol and ending with Gorlovka. I must say that Kiev had used the ceasefire with the aim of reinforcement of its military network, rearmament and operational coordination, deployment of large-caliber artillery units, MRLS “Uragan” and “Grad”, from which, by the way, it is shelling the city of Donetsk in the course of recent days. They are shelling residential areas: as you know, blasts were heard today in #Voroshylovskiy, #Kalininskiy, #Kiyevskiy and #Leninskiy districts that were not hit before even in the most difficult times. I can also say that #Kiev always remained silent to our many times repeated suggestions of withdrawal of large-caliber heavy artillery to the line of demarcation. This issue was not settled, as Kiev tried to argue about some 20 or 30 meters of territory. In my personal opinion, Kiev is determined to unleash a new war in order to revenge for the crushing defeat that it suffered from our troops last year and for the capture of the airport that is still under our control (today we have already rebuffed some six attempts at storming the airport) and for our offensive actions today, which we had to carry out in order to guarantee the security of our settlements. We have practically captured Peski already. This is my opinion.
