SKY Group is hiring an IE Manager for a Multinational Company in Ethiopia Job responsibilities: • Manage and Perform all required design in accordance to the agreement (Core and Access). Create guidelines and procedures in Installation Engineering (Survey, Design and Engineering Documentation). • Preparing C-Modules (Site Installation Documents) and Hardware Data Transcripts (HW-DT) for new sites and expansions of Core Nodes. • Manage Site designing, Planning, floor plan Layout nodes allocation In AutoCAD. • Manage Site Survey for AXE, CPP, and WPP nodes implementation project By using PPT-SE & IE-Select, I am preparing Site Installation Document(SID/C-Module) for switch site nodes i.e. (BSC, MSS,MGW,HLR,SGSN,GGSN,RNC,MPBN,INS,CCN,SDP,OSS etc.) • Supervise ASPs during Installation according the procedures and contract. • Installation Supervision, Clarification and Guideline for a new line item & Check the quality & workmanship of Installation. • Provide solution guideline to Project Manager for Core nodes rollout project. • Coordinate with customer regarding site status, technical problems and personnel deployment. • Focal Point of Contact between the customer and the Authorized Service Providers (ASPs). • To participate in project meetings to ensure proper coordination of SE activities within overall project requirements. • To ensure that all the technical information in the Engineering field is available. • Manage and performing site-survey for new and existing expansion sites. • Manage the Drawing new and Updating Layout drawing/Floor plan using Auto Cad. • Implement all processes and procedures in site engineering area(Core and access). • Carry all acceptance relevant activities(internally and with the customer). • Documentation and archiving for all IE work. • Carrying out other relevant duties as required.
