SKY Group is hiring for a multinational company FO Dispatcher Job purpose • The FO Dispatcher (Front Office Team Member) is the MSIP appointed responsible for monitoring and first level troubleshooting of the Radio network within Service Delivery Organization at Ericsson Managed Operation towards Etisalat MISR Egypt. • The FO Dispatcher (Front Office Team Member) shall monitor all the Access alarms and do the first level troubleshooting within scope of contract and secure that all the alarms are properly handled whilst ensuring customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: The FO Dispatcher (Front Office Team Member) during appointed shifts will be responsible for following activities: - • Responsible for contributing to tools, processes and communications optimization related to FO Dispatcher activities at Front Office Team Member • Monitoring all 2G and 3G (Ericsson and ZTE BSC/RNC/BTS/Node B) Network with in the Etisalat Managed Service contract. • Classifying and accordingly dispatching Field Maintenance team alarms to FM VIA WFM system. • Shall guide FM resources to be properly equipped in the field to resolve the case, technical support, prioritization, and on-site assistance if required in major incidents. • When the required field actions finished properly, FO dispatcher shall validate the performed actions with concerned function and close the relevant WO and hence the TT. • FO dispatcher will have detailed updated database for all network domains such as: address, power type, high level and low level design of network elements with all relevant accessories, spare parts quantities and locations, portable generators status and locations, owner data and site contacts, this database is mandatory in order to expedite work flow with first time right approach. • Classifying and accordingly escalating alarms to B.O VIA TT system. • Following up on FM and B.O teams on outages and down sites VIA TT system. • Sending out notification SMS’s for predefined incidents & outages. • FO Dispatcher detects the alarm with the severity (Critical , major and warning) and makes sure that there are no planned activity in the site and checks whether the alarm is permanent or not • In case if the door alarm is permanent, the FO Dispatcher contacts the FM once per shift and informs him about this site. • In case if the door alarm is not permanent, FO Dispatcher contacts the site retention team depending on the area of sites. • In case the site is GD, he informs access GD retention team depending on the area. • FO Dispatcher is responsible for documenting all the legal and illegal intervention happened throughout the day in a daily report with the justification of each intervention after getting all the required data from the retention teams. • Responsible for generating daily operational reports. • Performing first level troubleshooting with a KPI of solving 80% of the faults received on the 2G & 3G Network with in Etisalat Managed Service. • Resetting Hanging CF,TG, TF,TRX • Checking on the E1 state. • Halting sites to preserve the power in case of commercial power problems on HUBs and SUBHUBs • Checks on site configuration and assists FM when needed • Check on internal faults on the BTS using fault codes • Identifying cabinet’s type.
