SLENDERMAN - aka FAITH OF A CHILD Do we really need more evidence that children are impressionable and able to act without any proof, critical thinking or discernment? What other fantasies are taught to the majority younger children as truth every Sunday morning in America? Some would say unrelated mental illness cause these girls to (independently) go insane and attack their friend for Slenderman. Id strongly suggest that the opposite was true - when you WANT to believe in something enough, you just do... Isnt it amazing how demons always seem to find their way into the souls of the most devout believers? Ill admit - I dont know many agnostics that are afraid of the dark. ;-) I have so much to say about this horrific crimes tie-ins to religious indoctrination of our youth, I dont even know where to start. Is it really so difficult to imagine two 12 year-old girls believing in a fantasy character such as Slenderman when MILLIONS of babies are being taught about Jesus before they can even talk?
