SMEs in Windhoek who wish to hone the selling, customer care and merchandizing skills of the owner (entrepreneur) and of the firm’s staff, are invited book for a Selling, Customer Care & Shop Display course taking place on 13 & 14 August 2013. The ever popular business skills enhancement programme is designed for owners and sales personnel of firms wishing to increase revenue, retain a competitive edge, hold onto and grow market share. Interactive in nature the methodology includes role play as a strategy to build confidence as well as a learning-by-seeing experience in the form of an observational visit to retail outlets at a local shopping mall. The 10 hour course is deliberately spread over two days (five hours each day from 08:30 to 13:30). In this way the owner or staff are not away from work for an entire day. Where?
