SMILES NEW HEAD START/EARLY HEAD START POLICY COUNCIL SEATED AT RECENT MEETING The new SMILE Head Start/Early Head Start Policy Council was recently seated. Officers include Lise Romero, Chairperson; Cherrelle Wiltz, Vice Chairperson; Donna Stokes, Secretary; Sonterria Francis, Parliamentarian; Michelle Plumbar, Treasurer; and Coy Darby, Chaplain.
