SMOOTHIE TIME!!! I made this one with Kale, Swiss Chard, Spinach, 1 kiwi, 1/2 lemon, 1 green apple, a handful of cut up pineapple & papaya chunks, 3 dates, 1 heaping tablespoon of chia seeds and 16 oz of coconut water ✌️This smoothie is LOADED with omega 3s, vitamin C, vitamin K, iron, folate, calcium, potassium and fiber! A green smoothie like this is perfect to drink during cold and flu season! (I saved Ryan Eaton a mug of his own in the fridge because Im a good wife 😁)
