SNEAKY #BERRIES TIP: When freezing fresh berries never just put them into a bag and shove in the freezer. As berries freeze the cell walls break down and you end up with a brick of frozen berries that turns to mush when defrosted. Instead, wash and dry the fruit first, then lay the berries out single layer onto a rimmed baking tray and freeze for 2 hours, or until frozen. Once the berries are frozen, pour them into a zip-lock bag or a click and seal plastic container.
