SNOW CLEARING UPDATE #1 - November 18, 2013 Due to another large dump of snow in Lacombe over the weekend, City crews have been hard at work trying to clear snow on the Priority 1 and 2 roadways. Crews were out on Saturday and Sunday to aid motorist from Mother Natures wrath. Currently, City crews are still working on our Priority 1 and 2 streets while making arrangements for a outside contractor to start snow removal in residential areas beginning in the north of the City towards the south. A contractor will begin residential snow clearing in MacKenzie Ranch and Iron Wolf subdivisions today - they will then continue residential snow clearing beginning in areas south of 50 Ave towards the north. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this busy time. Please help us by removing parked vehicles from the street when crews are in the area. We are trying hard to post signage notifying residents of snow operations, however, timing can be an issue. If you have any questions or concerns, please call Infrastructure Services at 403.782.1261
