SO! Anyone who has ever used Herbalife or Plans to or Is currently using... Let me just give you my opinion as to why youre not getting the best nutrition! HERBALIFE: Youre Replacing 2 meals a day with formula 1 shake for weight loss. 90 calories per serving (2 scoops- 30 servings per container) Lets say you get their Quick Start Kit right? Which most distributors will most likely recommend that. It has a bunch of other supps in the kit.. Youre spending around $100 give or take a few on that KIT! *2 meals a day- which will only last you 15 days!! Wtf?* so if you wanted a MONTHs supply youd have to spend $200 more or less.. Okay, so back to the Shake... Youre taking in about 18 grams of protein a day, total of 18g of sugar & about 20 Cals of fat per day! But what else are you taking with that? For ONE, artificial flavorings & hidden chemicals... And NO where NEAR as many super foods as Shakeology... I would go on and on about the ingredients but Im trying to keep this post as short as possible. So Ill post an example. Lol! Now with Shakeology: Youre only purchasing the Bag itself for about $129 for a MONTHs SUPPLY (not 15 days worth!) give or take a few, depending on shipping. Ok? Well, its 130 calories per serving. You get 16g of protein, 7g of sugar & 10 Cals from fat PER day.. What else are you consuming? Many super foods that aid in weightloss as well as improve sugar levels, blood pressure, cholesterol even help individuals who have medical conditions such as fibromyalgia & diabetes to name a couple. AND can you say Herbalife is officially CLINICALLY PROVEN to do all those things?! No? Well Shakeology is!! thats just a little info.. This is why I do my research!!
