SO BASICALLY.. Ive got my uniform on, stock of medication with me.. and suddenly, Im a District Nurse, Nurse Abbot. And very luckily, I catch the eye of one district nurse just entering an old ladys house whom I happen to know the name but just the name and nothing else as she was the neighbour of an old friend of mine years ago.. Mrs Ibbotson And so after a few mild attempts at my act elsewhere, I come over to Mrs Ibbotsons house whos got her middle aged daughter looking after her at the moment and as I knock on the door.. Apparently there is an in call lunch visit arriving for Mrs Ibbotson from one of the staff at the hospital or the local practice, the Other District Nurse is just about to leave and my disguise has not been revealed... So put two and two together and all my first words need to be are.... So.. How is Mrs Ibbotson doing today..??
