SO, Cindy heads over this morning and picks up Mike Vendl and I to go blueberry picking....we headed up to the burn area and hit some of the sand roads.... we start picking not a lot but some Cindy says saddle up we are moving on. Cindy is driving around downed trees from the storm last week...we decide lets keep going...I say what about that rode...Cindy puts it in reverse and head down a NON-ROAD looking thing. NAH!!! theres no blueberries She says-- We are now in the middle of a 4 point 3 point turn. Cindy Bott Boles says OMG!!!!we hit pay dirt....the blueberries were GREAT!!! The car stays in the middle of the road its in the middle of the 3 point turn..NO ONE is going to get these berries They were so GREAT--CIndy poured some Bloody Marys to take along. We could just sit and pick and drink. We got our buckets full and head to Cabin Store, Ben is working. Lunch and more cocktails. Ben spills my SoCo right at me, SO FUNNY, I moved my stool back so fast I didnt get wet. Cindy drives us back to the cabin and what is sitting in the middle of my drive a nice sized BLACK BEAR. It takes off running. We wanted to get a better look so we are barreling down other roads looking for it, NO LUCK!! she was gone. But at least I know one is around the cabin now. Pretty thing she was.
