SO I HAVE A RANT ABOUT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN 31 YRS.... SO I CALL EXPEDIA ABOUT A ROUND TRIP TICKET THAT HAS A LAYOVER ON MY WAY HOME. THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL LAYOVER BECAUSE IT IS 2 ONE WAY FLIGHTS(NEVER TOLD TO ME OR ANY OTHER PAPERWORK SAYING THIS). BECAUSE OF THIS, MYSELF AND 2 OTHER PEOPLE WILL BE PAYING AN EXTRA BAGGAGE FEE THRU SPIRIT THAT CHARGES FOR EVERY SINGLE BAG U HAVE. SO I CALL TO GET AN ANSWER Y THIS IS HAPPENING AND SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT. I TRY TO TALK TO A REP AND CLEARLY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO OR EVEN UNDERSTAND ME AFTER REPEATING MYSELF 3 TIMES FOR EVERY SENTANCE. I ASK TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR AND IN 10 MINS I GET A CALL BACK. I EXPLAIN MY SITUATION AND AN HR OF BEING ON HOLD THEY HANG UP ON ME. SO I CALL BACK AND 3 HANG-UPS LATER(BY SO-CALLED SUPERVISORS) AND 3 1/2HRS ON THE PHONE WITH 90% ON HOLD, NOTHING IS RESOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEVER USED FOUL LANGUAGE OR YELLED AND THIS IS THE TREATMENT I GET. I WILL WARN EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW NOT TO USE THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.......WELL I SHOULDNT SAY SERVICE CUZ THAT WOULD MEAN THEY DID SOMETHING BESIDES PICK UP THE PHONE AND HANG IT UP....GOOD TALENTS
