SO I have been complained to due to my Long Turnaround time at the moment - WHILST I appreciate it is a LONG turnaround at the moment.. Please take in to consideration these points: - It is CHRISTMAS soon, I am in my Christmas rush hence my books are closed, I have had LOTS and LOTS of orders (Which I am VERY thankful for!) - I make everything up to order so it is fresh and I also let items CURE before sending out - this is a MUST with candles & wax melts - I work on my own - As do a lot of other facebook pages, So everyday I do Admin, Answer messages e-mails, my paperwork for tax returns, then I make up ALL the orders by myself, I package them up, wrap them, and send them Please understand it isnt just a case of melting wax and chucking in a bag, it is SO much more involved than that, and as much as I TRY to keep my turnaround time down, when I am busy - I am afraid I am busy.. I hope you can all understand this and I DO appreciate ALL My customers, old, new & any one not yet to find us :) This is why my books are now closed and will remain closed till orders have been completed so when I re-open my turnaround will probably be 3-7 days which is much more manageable and kinder to you as customers too. HOWEVER if I said it was 3-7 days and took 21 days you wouldnt be happy with that would you.. Which is why I always over compensate for times :) Mel x
