SO. It has come to be that after 3 years and 3 months, it is my very last shift at Cote Brasserie. Its been bloody amazing, and I have met some of the best people EVER. But its time for the next challenge. I will mostly miss: drinking Oringinas everyday, saying Complimentary Filtered Water at least 30 times a day, Kir Royals (Complimentary obvs), scoffing croissants in the drop off, strutting around the restaurant looking busy and important, bossing people around, everyone I work with (even the kitchen) and maybe mostly....old man Michael and his flaky skin and smell of red wine. THANK YOU ALL! Leaving drinks for Antonio Fernandes and me TONIGHT at Neighbourhood bar on St James Street. xxxxxxxxxxxx
