SO PROUD OF MY MOM & DAD 2ND WORKOUT THIS WEEK AT THE GYM. ALMOST 1 1/2 YEARS since my Mom had a stroke was in a wheelchair barely could walk and lost all ability to write or draw. She Has now by the Grace of God and hard work can walk with cane and cooks and can write perfectly and Draws again! My Dad got diagnosed with lung cancer last summer and this past Jily 2014 almost died because he started to smoke again . My dad refuses to take any treatment he is doing everything naturally juicing and eating healthy has GIVEN UP Cigarettes Permanently and has been temporarily put on oxygen but I am praying that with starting a new exercise program he wont have to use the oxygen anymore Just last month my Dad Lost his TWIN SISTER TO LUNG CANCER STAGE 4. Which was very hard on all of us of her sudden death But she is now Another Angel watching over us My Mom is 78 and my Dad is 71 They are Determined to Keep there INDEPENDANCE and want to be Stronger With ME as There Daughter and TRAINER THEY HAVE NO CHOICE. LOL Hope THEY BOTH CAN INSPIRE YOU To START WORKING OUT! HOW GREAT OUR GOD IS THAT HE HEALS AND GIVES US CHOICES DAILY MY PARENTS CHOICE IS TO LIVE STRONG AND FEEL BETTER! Happy FRIDAY EVERYONE!
