SO UNIMPRESSED I came back from France yesterday and read the financial news sections of the British broadsheets. It seems that while I was away, every financial pundit and expert came out of the closet and is now predicting a horrendous economic downturn for all parts of the UK if the Scots vote for Independence on Thursday. Some even said we could be thrown back into recession and there could be a massive rise in unemployment across ALL of the UK. I am really pissed off about this and yes,I prefer to believe these financial experts rather than Alex Salmond. the arrogant leader of the SNP. The ordinary folk in the UK have had a really tough time over the last few years with all the austerity measures, without having this extra problem heaped on them. I have no vote but I would urge every Scotsman and woman I know to not only think about yourselves, but also to think long and hard about the rest of us. What you decide could have devastating effects for EVERY citizen in the UK. It is not just about YOUR Scotland. We could ALL be screwed. :(
