SO many reasons today to NOT workout. There are always everyday a million other things I could be getting done. My oldest was up a lot last night not feeling well so I was exhausted. But working out and being healthy is a priority too! So I got my booty up and after breakfast cranked it! Threw a video on for the kiddos and left the dishes to do till after! And I did the best I have ever done in this workout even on little sleep!!! Me and push ups do not go together and I am getting better and better! Total NSV!!! Who else is making it a priority in the craziness of life to be healthy?!
