SO... the last 40 min of Man of Steel is scene after mind blasting scene of buildings falling, explosions, and our hero being thrown thru the pavement over and over and OVER- the climax was a deflated incoherent nonsensical scene that would make even the numbest mind pound his theatre chair in discust. And then the director has the moronic audacity to hire Hans Zimmer to compose an incessant drum pounding, orchestra stabbing score thats about as memorable as a woodpecker outside your window on Sunday morning. Maybe Im being too hard on Hans... it may just be that- Mr Snyder! you cant make a Superman movie without including the timeless and perfect Superman theme created by John Williams somewhere! I really want to slap this guy with a white glove someday... that being said, I really love Superman and you should go see it. The only way it could have been better is if I directed it, Im convinced after seeing the last two attempts that no one in Hollywood knows how to make a Superman movie!
