SO . . . the toilet was clogged this morning and wouldnt flush. Super fun! (although not at all an uncommon problem around here) I turned the water off before it overflowed, thankfully. I couldnt deal with it right at that moment (and, honestly, was possibly going to just leave it like that until Kirb got home. I can plunge a toilet as well as anyone, but its not really my favorite!) and when I went in the bathroom just a minute ago (after announcing to people that the toilet was clogged and the water was off) someone had CLEARLY either not heard my announcement or had forgotten it. Fabulous! (note the sarcasm in that last word, please!) As I was trying to address the problem (since waiting for Kirbs wasnt looking promising any more) my flat iron dropped into the poop-filled, clogged, needed-a-cleaning-anyway toilet! I guess I can add get a new flat iron to my to do list for the day, since that thing is never going anywhere near my hair again! So gross!
