SO yesterday night was quite an experience! The opponent I was supposed to fight did not show up. The main event MMA fighters opponent did not show up. So of course I ended up fighting a seasoned MMA fighter with 20 lbs on me. I started the fight with an amateur mistake and was just way too relaxed. Paid for that with a HARD cross which cut my nose. The first round was a blue from there until I got myself back into the fight in the second round and even better with a strong performance in the last round. Sometimes you just need to put your ass on the line and get out of your comfort zone to put things in perspective.
